- 200 gr Zapallo
- 1/8 un Cebolla
- 1/4 diente(s) Ajo
- 1/2 un Ají verde
- 1/2 taza(s) Crema de coco

- 1Prepare your ingredients: wash, peel and chop the fine onion;crush garlic;Peel the pumpkin;wash the yellow chili;Prepare the broth of vegetables according to instructions of the container.
- 2In a pot over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic and chili by 5 mins.
- 3Add the pumpkin, the broth of vegetables and milk, bring to a boil and lower the flame over low heat.
- 4Let it boil by 30 mins or until the pumpkin is well cooked (soft).
- 5Remove and cool lightly.
- 6Crust the mixture in a food processor or blender immersion until you get a cream by adding the milk until you get the desired consistency.Salpimentary at ease.Return the cream to the pot and re-boil.
- 7Serve immediately.
