- 1.5 un Cebolla morada
- 1 cda(s) Mantequilla
- 1/4 taza(s) Vino tinto
- 1/2 cdta(s) Azúcar granulada
- 1 pizca Sal fina
- 1/2 taza(s) Caldo (carne)
- 1/2 cda(s) Tomillo
- 1 pizca Pimienta
- 1/4 taza(s) Queso parm rallado
- 1/2 cda(s) Harina (sin polvos)
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare the ingredients: Melt the butter in a saucepan; Wash, peel and cut the onion pen; broth prepared according to the package instructions.
- 2Add to the pot the onion cut pen with a little sugar and salt.
- 3Once the onions are caramelized (transparent are), add flour and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon for 1 min.
- 4Add the red wine and mix continuously for 2 mins.
- 5Add beef broth diluted, thyme and pepper. Cover and cook 30 minutes over low heat.
- 6Add salt and pepper to taste. Then sprinkle the grated cheese and serve.
- 7If you prefer to make homemade broth: thrown into a pot with olive oil vegetables you have thoroughly washed and cut into small pieces, small pieces of beef (for example), saute about 5 mins, then add water 1-2 L hot and expected to boil. Strain and use.
