- 1/4 units White cabbage
- 1 units Carrot
- 1 units Green apple
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 units Lemon
- 1/2 cups Pistachio
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Dill

- 1Chopped cabbage, put in a colander and wash under running cold water, kneading with a hand to soften. Do it for about 2 to 5 minutes.
- 2Then mix with grated carrot and apple, hands, to achieve proper uniform. Add a choro olive oil, salt, lemon juice, mayonnaise and some dill. Revuleve well. Let stand about 15 minutes.
- 3Serves and ground pistachios over the check. Lechees sweet delicacy.
