  • 1 units Green apple
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 units Lemon
  • 1/2 cups Pistachio
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Dill

    Chopped cabbage, put in a colander and wash under running cold water, kneading with a hand to soften. Do it for about 2 to 5 minutes.

    Then mix with grated carrot and apple, hands, to achieve proper uniform. Add a choro olive oil, salt, lemon juice, mayonnaise and some dill. Revuleve well. Let stand about 15 minutes.
