  • 1/2 units Chicken (breast)
  • 1 units Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 125 grams Frozen corn desg
  • 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cups Skim milk
  • 20 grams Queso parm gratedo

    Prepare your ingredients: Melt the butter and separate the whites from the yolks. In this recipe, only the yolks will be used. Save the whites for another preparation.

    For the mass: Norm the flour in a container, add the yolks and 2/3 of butter and work with your fingers until you have a demigada mass.

    Add the water of little water (1.5 CDA (s) of water for each CDA of butter) while dressing, until obtaining a consistent mass.

    Prepare white sauce: in a pot Add the milk, the maicena and the rest of the butter. Cook over high heat always stirring until you release the boil, lower the fire and let boil 2 mins always stirring.

    Mix the white sauce with chicken and corn, reaching the desired consistency.

    Add the mixture to the dough, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
