- 1.5 tsp Butter
- 1/2 units Chicken (breast)
- 1 units Egg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 125 grams Frozen corn desg
- 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 cups Skim milk
- 20 grams Queso parm gratedo
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare your ingredients: Melt the butter and separate the whites from the yolks. In this recipe, only the yolks will be used. Save the whites for another preparation.
- 2For the mass: Norm the flour in a container, add the yolks and 2/3 of butter and work with your fingers until you have a demigada mass.
- 3Add the water of little water (1.5 CDA (s) of water for each CDA of butter) while dressing, until obtaining a consistent mass.
- 4Extend it with a roller and carry a GOOSENECK mold of cake. Preheat the oven at 180ºC. Cover the mold that contains the dough with butter paper and bake 10 to 15 mins. Let cool and reserve.
- 5Cook the chicken breast, crumble and reserve.
- 6Prepare the corn according to the container instructions.
- 7Prepare white sauce: in a pot Add the milk, the maicena and the rest of the butter. Cook over high heat always stirring until you release the boil, lower the fire and let boil 2 mins always stirring.
- 8Mix the white sauce with chicken and corn, reaching the desired consistency.
- 9Add the mixture to the dough, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
