- 1 units Potato
- 1/2 cups Flour (no powder)
- 2 units Egg
- 1/4 cups Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Sage
- 2 tsp Queso parm gratedo
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Merkén

- 1Wash and peel potatoes and pumpkin
- 2In a spacious bowl using the grater by the side in which the carrot is typically crooked, grating the Boniatus and potatoes.Add salt, pepper and merkén to taste, yolks and flour, working with hands mix everything well and refrigerate by 3 mins
- 3By while in a large pot to get fed up water to boil with salt and a splash of oil
- 4Form the gnocchi using a spoon, make balls of the size of a walnut (2 cm approx).Go cooking in boiling water (do not download the fire) Add 8-10 gnocchi.As they go floating with a fourth and place them in a fountain.
- 5Once you have cooked all the gnocchi, spray olive oil, and add salt, pimient and sage.
- 6Serve hot, sprinkled with Merken and Quesorated if desired.
