- 1/2 units Onion
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 1/2 cups Lentils
- 1 units Tomato
- 1/4 units Lettuce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 units Lemon
Instrucciones

- 1Soak the lentils of the day before.
- 2The next day, drain them and put them in a large pot with 2 liters clean water per 1.5 cup of lentils, salt and laurel leaves.Cook them for 35 mins approx.or until cooked (soft).
- 3Drain and reserve.
- 4Cut onion and garne finely.In a pan, heating oil and saving onion with garlic.Remove from heat and cool.
- 5Mix the lentils with half of the whole eggs, and the other half only yolks;and the sofrito, stir up to incorporate
- 6Take the mixture to an oiled skillet, for 6 mins per side.A big hamburger will be left.Cut in pieces
- 7Serve accompanied salads aligned to taste.
