  • 250 grams Prawns
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cups Green peas
  • 1 units Carrot
  • 1 teeth Garlic
  • 1/4 units Ginger
  • 2 units Egg
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 bit Coriander
  • 1 units Scallion

    To prepare quínoa: wash the quinoa well in a colander until it stops foam out, put in a pot 1 cup of quinoa by 1 1/2 cup of boiling water, wait for it to boil and leave over low heat 15 mins.

    Prepare your ingredients: Cut chives and carrot into thin strips, chip cilantro and very small ginger.

    Put a boil water in a pot, with a little salt. When the water is boiling, introduce the prawns and wait for the water to boil again. Maintain approximately one minute (if raw prawns heated, wait for them to be pink), remove from fire and styling.

    In a large skillet (ideally wok) heating half of the oil over high heat. Add peas, carrots, onion, garlic and ginger, to sauté over low heat for 3 mins moving always.

    Beat the eggs and add on the vegetables, always stirring.

    Incorporate the quinoa and prawns into the pan. Add the soybean sauce and sesame oil. Cook until the liquid evaporates, 2 - 3 mins. Sprinkle with the cilantro.
