- 1/2 cups Lentils
- 1/4 units Purple Onion
- 1/2 units Tomato
- 1/4 units Green pepper
- 1/4 cups Parsley
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Apple vinager
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instrucciones

- 1Soak lentils the day before.
- 2A next day, drain and place in a large pot with 2 liters of clean water per 1.5 cup lentils, salt and bay leaves. Cook for 35 mins approx. or until cooked through (soft).
- 3Drain and set aside.
- 4Prepare ingredients: cooking the lentils; washing, peeling and chopping the onion and tomato into small cubes; washing, denervated and chop the pepper into small cubes; Wash and chop the parsley.
- 5Mix the vegetables in a bowl and season. Let stand in the refrigerator for 30 mins.
- 6Remove and add lentils and parsley.
- 7Seasoning to taste with salt, oil, lemon and vinegar.
