  • 1/4 units Purple Onion
  • 1/2 units Tomato
  • 1/4 units Green pepper
  • 1/4 cups Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple vinager
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    Soak lentils the day before.

    A next day, drain and place in a large pot with 2 liters of clean water per 1.5 cup lentils, salt and bay leaves. Cook for 35 mins approx. or until cooked through (soft).

    Drain and set aside.

    Prepare ingredients: cooking the lentils; washing, peeling and chopping the onion and tomato into small cubes; washing, denervated and chop the pepper into small cubes; Wash and chop the parsley.

    Mix the vegetables in a bowl and season. Let stand in the refrigerator for 30 mins.

    Remove and add lentils and parsley.

    Seasoning to taste with salt, oil, lemon and vinegar.
