- 4 units Mushrooms
- 1 units Egg
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 units Lemon
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare your ingredients: cook the eggs, wash and chop the spinach in fine strips;Clean with paper and cut the mushrooms into slices.
- 2To cook the eggs, put them with the shell in a pot with cold water over medium heat until the water boils.Wait 3 minutes and get out of the fire.
- 3Cool, peel and laminate the eggs.Add them to a source with spinach and mushrooms.
- 4For the dressing: mix mustard, honey, balsamite aceto, salt, oil and lemon.
- 5Add dressing to taste.
