  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 units Lemon

    Prepare your ingredients: cook the eggs, wash and chop the spinach in fine strips;Clean with paper and cut the mushrooms into slices.

    To cook the eggs, put them with the shell in a pot with cold water over medium heat until the water boils.Wait 3 minutes and get out of the fire.

    Cool, peel and laminate the eggs.Add them to a source with spinach and mushrooms.

    For the dressing: mix mustard, honey, balsamite aceto, salt, oil and lemon.

    Add dressing to taste.
