  • 250 grams Turkey (ground)
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Parsley
  • 1.5 tbsp Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 units Egg
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 teeth Garlic
  • 200 grams Canned tomatoes
  • 3/4 cups Rice

    To prepare rice: in a pot, add sunflower oil and pour the rice. Saute until almost translucent. Then add 1.5 cup boiling water for each cup of rice, add salt to taste, stir gently, cover and place over low heat for 20 minutes with toaster. At the end time, turn off heat and wait about 5 minutes.

    For the dumplings: Mix the turkey, onion diced, crushed garlic and chopped parsley in a bowl. Add 1/3 of the basil, salt and pepper. Add the eggs and hands together all ingredients. Form meatballs.

    Heat half the olive oil in a large pan and brown carefully meatballs (approx 10 min). Paper towel and remove excess oil out.

    Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan. Add jar of tomatoes (crushed) and the remaining basil. Add salt.

    Incorporate the meatballs and let simmer for 15 mins.

    Serve with rice.
