- 1Prepare your ingredients: wash and chop the onion;wash, peel and fine chopping the purple onion;wash, peel and chop cucumber in cubes;peel and chop the avocado in cubes;ginger ginger;squeeze lemon juice;Grate lemon peel.
- 2Put the salmon 15 mins in the freezer to harden and be easier to cut.
