- 1/2 cups Coconut cream
- 1 units Carrot
- 1/4 teeth Garlic
- 1/2 units Scallion
- 1 tsp Scallion
- 1/2 cups Basil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Merkén
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare your ingredients: wash, peel and grate the carrot;wash, peel and fine chopping onion;Chop the garlic;Wash and chop the finite onion.
- 2In a pot boil water and add frozen corn by 10 mins approx.
- 3In a pan with olive oil, sauté the garlic, onion and carrot.
- 4When you are ready the stir and lel corn, remove from the fire, bring all the ingredients to a pot and add the basil.
- 5Trust the mixture in a food processor or blender immersion until you get a cream.Return the cream to the pot.
- 6Add 1/2 lt of hot water for every 200 gr of corn and return the pot to fire.
- 7When the mixture is hot, add milk and let it boil, add salt, pepper and merkén to taste.
- 8Serve hot, with a little onion.
