  • 1 cups Frozen corn desg
  • 1/2 cups Coconut cream
  • 1 units Carrot
  • 1/4 teeth Garlic
  • 1/2 units Scallion
  • 1 tsp Scallion
  • 1/2 cups Basil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Merkén

    Prepare your ingredients: wash, peel and grate the carrot;wash, peel and fine chopping onion;Chop the garlic;Wash and chop the finite onion.

    In a pot boil water and add frozen corn by 10 mins approx.

    In a pan with olive oil, sauté the garlic, onion and carrot.

    When you are ready the stir and lel corn, remove from the fire, bring all the ingredients to a pot and add the basil.

    Trust the mixture in a food processor or blender immersion until you get a cream.Return the cream to the pot.

    Add 1/2 lt of hot water for every 200 gr of corn and return the pot to fire.

    When the mixture is hot, add milk and let it boil, add salt, pepper and merkén to taste.
  8. 8
    Serve hot, with a little onion.
