- 1/2 tbsp Concentrated tomato
- 1/4 tsp Granulated sugar
- 1/2 units Bay leaf
- 1/4 cups Basil
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instrucciones

- 1Soak the lentils of the day before.
- 2Prepare your ingredients: cook the lentils; Dishern the celery and cut into thin slices; wash, peel and cut the carrots into thin slices; wash, peel and chop the fine onion; crush garlic; Wash the basil.
- 3To cook the lentils: put them in a pot with cold water and salt and cook them for approximately 30 mins or until they are soft.
- 4In a large skillet over low heat, heat olive oil and brown onion.
- 5Add celery, carrot, thyme, rosemary and oregano, and cook by 15 mins. Add the garlic and then the wine.
- 6Cook until the alcohol evaporates, about 3 mins approximately.
- 7Add the lentils, the sauce and the tomato concentrate, the laurel and the sugar.
- 8Salpimentary to taste and let it boil.
- 9Cook under low heat stirring occasionally by 20 mins.
