  • 1/2 cups Rice

    Prepare your ingredients: wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in halves;Clean and cut the mushrooms in sheets;Wash spinach.

    In a pan, heating half of olive oil and sauté cherry tomatoes and mushrooms for 5 mins.Add the spinach and sauté for 2 more mins.Salpimentar.
