  • 1.5 tbsp Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Coarse salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 cups Lettuce
  • 1 cups Spinach
  • 1/2 cups Arugula
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 units Lemon

    Put the meat on a kitchen table, remove the rest of the fats.Tie up with a pitilla.An easy way is to cut 4-6 pieces of pitilla and tie them individually around the meat.
