- 1/4 tsp Coarse salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 cups Lettuce
- 1 cups Spinach
- 1/2 cups Arugula
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 units Lemon

- 1Preheat the oven at high temperature.
- 2Put the meat on a kitchen table, remove the rest of the fats.Tie up with a pitilla.An easy way is to cut 4-6 pieces of pitilla and tie them individually around the meat.
- 3Rub the meat with butter and mustard.Season with salt and pepper
- 4Oil a baking can and put the meat.Cook in the oven 40-50 MINS at medium temperature or to the desired point of cooking of the meat.Remove and let 20 Mins stand before cutting.
