- 2 units Egg
- 1.25 cups Skim milk
- 1 cups Flour (no powder)
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 units Camembert
- 1/2 cups Basil
- 2 tbsp Scallion
- 1/2 units Green pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare ingredients: fine wash and chop basil; wash and chop finite yellow pepper; wash and chop fine scallion; camamber cheese chop into small pieces. Put all ingredients in individual wells.
- 2Preparing pancakes: a container beating eggs and add flour and 4/5 of milk, beat until a homogeneous batter.
- 3Heat a pan and brush with oil, add 2/3 cup of the batter and browning on both sides. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- 4Cool the pancakes. Once ready, cut in thick noodles.
- 5Dressing the yellow pepper with olive oil.
- 6Heat noodles with the remaining milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- 7Serve with comfortable with chives, yellow pepper, basil and garnish with cheese camamber.
