- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 units Broth (vegetable)
- 1/4 cups Milk cream
- 1/4 units Onion
- 200 grams Prawns
- 1/4 cups White wine tetra
- 2 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instrucciones

- 1Wash the quinoa (scrub it well, until the water comes out clear and clean).
- 2Prepare your ingredients: cook the prawns; wash, peel and chop the fine onion; Prepare the broth of vegetables according to instructions of the container and derive it boiling in a pot.
- 3To sauté the prawns: in a pan, add half the olive oil and add the prawns. Skip until they change color (about 3 to 4 mins approx.).
- 4Add the quinoa to boiling broth and cook until the quinoa is tanned (approximately 12 minutes). Stroke and let cool.
- 5Skip the onion in the butter. Let cook a few minutes over low heat. Add wine, salt, pepper and cream.
- 6Bring to boil and incorporate the grained quinoa. Cook until it takes a texture unctuous. Add the prawns and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- 7Before serving, spinning grated Parmesan cheese.
- 8If you prefer to make homemade broth: it throws in a pot with olive oil the vegetables that you have well washed and cut into small pieces, sofríe about 5 mins, then add 1-2 l of hot water and hope that boils. Colar and use.
