- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 units Broth (vegetable)
- 1/4 cups Milk cream
- 1/4 units Onion
- 200 grams Pumpkin
- 1/4 cups White wine tetra
- 2 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Nutmeg

- 1Wash the quinoa (scrub it well, until the water comes out clear and clean).
