  • 1/4 cups Milk cream
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 200 grams Pumpkin
  • 1/4 cups White wine tetra
  • 2 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    Prepare your ingredients: cook the pumpkin;Wash, peel and fine chopping the onion.

    Prepare the "mote" wheat according to the instructions of the container.

    To cook the pumpkin: Add it to a pot with salt water, let cook about 30 minutes approx.Then prepare a puree, and mix it with half of olive oil.Reserve.

    Put a pot over high heat, add the oil and butter, then onion and lower the intensity of the fire.Skip until it is translucent.Incorporate the "mote" of wheat already cooked and sauté for 5 more minutes.
