  • 1/2 units Chard
  • 2 units Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2.5 units Potato

    To prepare fried potatoes: Wash and peel the potatoes. Cook them in boiling water with salt to taste for about 10 minutes approx. Then draw water potatoes and slice lengthwise. In a pan, adding a third of the olive oil and brown on both sides.

    Prepare the ingredients: Wash the chard; wash, peel and chop the onion fine.

    Cook the chard in boiling water, about 5 to 7 mins. Once ready chard, estilar well and chop fine.

    In a pan take another third of olive oil, add the onion and saute until translucent.

    In a bowl, mix the cooked chard and chopped, the sofrito of onion, eggs, salt and pepper. Stir and mix well.

    In the same pan add the remaining olive oil, add the mixture and cook 10 minutes on one side or to jell well. Then with the help of a plate, turn the omelette and cook the other side until completely set.
