- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 units Onion
- 1/2 units Chard
- 2 units Egg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2.5 units Potato

- 1To prepare fried potatoes: Wash and peel the potatoes. Cook them in boiling water with salt to taste for about 10 minutes approx. Then draw water potatoes and slice lengthwise. In a pan, adding a third of the olive oil and brown on both sides.
- 2Prepare the ingredients: Wash the chard; wash, peel and chop the onion fine.
- 3Cook the chard in boiling water, about 5 to 7 mins. Once ready chard, estilar well and chop fine.
- 4In a pan take another third of olive oil, add the onion and saute until translucent.
- 5In a bowl, mix the cooked chard and chopped, the sofrito of onion, eggs, salt and pepper. Stir and mix well.
- 6In the same pan add the remaining olive oil, add the mixture and cook 10 minutes on one side or to jell well. Then with the help of a plate, turn the omelette and cook the other side until completely set.
