  • 1/8 units Celery
  • 1/2 units Red pepper
  • 1 cups Chickpeas (canned)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame

    Wash and peel the carrot, cucumber and zucchini.Wash the paprika and celery.

    Chop all vegetables in canes.

    Drain the water from chickpeas and reserve it for hummus.

    For the hummus: Process on an immersion Blender the chickpeas with Tahini, olive oil, salt and pepper.If necessary, add the water from the chickpeas as little to softening the consistency.
