  • 1/2 units Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Peppers
  • 250 grams Beef (ground)
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 4 units Black olives
  • 1 units Egg
  • 3/4 cups Rice
  • 20 grams Queso parm gratedo

    To prepare rice: in a pot, add half of the sunflower oil and pour the rice. Saute until almost translucent. Then add 1.5 cup boiling water for each cup of rice, add salt to taste, stir gently, cover and place over low heat for 20 minutes with toaster. At the end time, turn off heat and wait about 5 minutes.

    In a pan heat the remaining oil over medium heat, add chopped into small cubes and cook 10-12 mins without browning onion.

    Add the paprika and cook 1 min. Incorporate the meat and stir to mix. Always cook over medium heat 8 to 10 mins or until lightly brown the meat. Season with oregano, salt and pepper.

    Add 0.5 cup of hot water for every 1 onion and cook 5 minutes or until the meat is tender. Reserve.

    Make boiled eggs (cook them in boiling water for 8 minutes approx.). A ready time, allow to cool under running cold water, peel and split them into halves.

    Pine distribute the meat into individual pots.

    Then placed in each pan 2 ½ olives and hard-boiled eggs cut into halves.

    Cover the pots with rice and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake until lightly browned.
