- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 units Onion
- 1/2 tsp Peppers
- 150 grams Soy meat
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 4 units Black olives
- 1 units Egg
- 3/4 cups Rice
- 20 grams Queso parm gratedo
Instrucciones

- 1To prepare rice: in a pot, add half of the sunflower oil and pour the rice. Saute until almost translucent. Then add 1.5 cup boiling water for each cup of rice, add salt to taste, stir gently, cover and place over low heat for 20 minutes with toaster. At the end time, turn off heat and wait about 5 minutes.
- 2In a pan heat the remaining oil over medium heat, add chopped into small cubes and cook 10-12 mins without browning onion.
- 3Soak the soy meat according to instructions on the package.
- 4Add to the pan in which is paprika and onion cooking 1 min. Incorporate soy meat and stir to mix. Always cook over medium 5-8 mins or until lightly brown the meat fire. Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
- 5Add 0.5 cup of hot water for every 1 onion and cook 5 mins. Reserve.
- 6Make boiled eggs (cook them in boiling water for 8 minutes approx.). A ready time, allow to cool under running cold water, peel and split them into halves.
- 7Pine distribute soybean individual pots.
- 8Then placed in each pan 2 ½ olives and hard-boiled eggs cut into halves.
- 9Cover the pots with rice and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake until lightly browned.
