- 1/2 units Pepino
- 1/2 units Tomato
- 1/4 units Purple Onion
- 1/2 cups Coriander
- 1 units Lemon
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare your ingredients: whiten the cauliflower;wash, peel and chop the onion, tomato and cucumber in fine cubes;Wash and chop the finite coriander.
- 2To bleach the cauliflower, cut it into small twigs and put it for 2 Mins in a large pot with boiling water.Put in a strainer and add cold water to stop cooking and let it drain.
- 3Mix the ingredients and dress comfortable with salt, oil and lemon.
- 4Let stand about 5-10 MINS and serve.
