    Prepare your ingredients: cook asparagus;Prepare vinaigrette.

    To cook the asparagus, add them to a pot with cold water and salt to taste.Once it boils, cook for 3 to 6 minutes depending on the thickness (the greater the cooking time).Once ready to remove from heat, strain and put under the jet of cold water to prevent it from being cooked.Let cool.

    For vinaigrette: mix olive oil, salt and lemon to taste.

    Serve 6 asparagus per person and serve dressing at ease.
