- 1/2 units Cauliflower
- 250 milliliters Skim milk
- 1/2 tbsp Flour (no powder)
- 1/2 tsp Butter
- 40 grams Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

- 1Wash the cauliflower under a jet of water, to remove possible impurities.
- 2Cut in 3 or 4 pieces (large) and cover with water in a pot. Take out the salt and let around 15 mins, until we can nail a knife and that it comes out and leaves without difficulty.
- 3While cooking, preparing the bechamel. Put the butter in another pot and heat over soft heat. Then add the flour and let it cook 3 minutes, to eliminate the raw flavor.
- 4Then add hot milk, little by little and stir. That is, take a batch and remove until it has been integrated. With 4 or 5 tandas, it will be enough. A rather liquid sauce will be left. Salpimentar and let cook 10 mins, while removing from time to time.
- 5Acts the previous two steps, cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces, about 3 fingers. Place the pieces on a tray for the oven or in individual paintings.
- 6Above the cauliflower put the bechamel. Then the cheese grated and brought baked over medium heat. Then, turn on the grill for about 5 mins until it is gratin.
- 7Eye: Look well in the size of the fountain to be used.
