- 20 grams Bacon
- 1/2 units Scallion
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/4 units Spanish lettuce
- 1 pinch Salt
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare your ingredients: cook potatoes;Wash lettuce leaves;Chop the finite bacon;Wash, peel and fine chopping onion.
- 2To cook the potatoes, put them in a pot with boiling water that covers them and salt to taste} and cook over 15-18 mins.Remove and cool.
- 3Place the chopped bacon in a pan for 3 mins or until it crispy.Remove and cool.
- 4Chop the potatoes in cubes.Arrange lettuce leaves in a fountain.
- 5In a bowl put the potatoes cut into cubes along with bacon and chopped chives.Add the mayonnaise and stir.
- 6Arrange the mixture on lettuce leaves and serve.
