- 4 units Carrot
- 2 units Egg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

- 1If you did the Batch Cooking: In a bowl, mix the grated carrot, the onion fried, eggs, salt and pepper. Revolver and mix well.
- 2In a frying pan with a little olive oil, add the mixture and cook 10 mins on one side or even comfort well. Then, with the help of a plate, turn the omelette and cook it on the other side to fully curling. To serve.
