- 1/2 units Chicken (breast)
- 1/2 cups Quinoa
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1/4 units Coriander
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 1Prepare your ingredients: Wash and hollow the tomatoes (reserve the filling and chop it in cubes), wash and chop the cilantro.
- 2Cook the chicken breast (put cold water, once boil the water, lower the fire, and cook covered by approx 25-30 mins).Once ready to take out from the water and crumble.
- 3To prepare quineo: wash the quinoa well in a colander until it stops foam, put in a pot 1 cup of quinoa by 1 1/2 cup of boiling water, wait for it to boil and leave at low heat with toaster 15 mins.
- 4Mix tomato, chicken, quinoa and cilantro.Add the mayonnaise and mix well.
- 5Fill the tomatoes and serve 2 per person.
