- 1/8 units Onion
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
- 2 units Egg
- 1 tsp Apple vinager
Instrucciones

- 1Wash the chard.Boil water.Once boiled, cook the chard with half of the salt, about 5 to 10 MINS approximately.
- 2Drain and squeeze.grind in the Immersion Blender.Add the milk until you reach the desired consistency
- 3Add the olive oil.Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 4For "fried" eggs: in a high pan, throw abundant boiling water.Add a splash of vinegar.
- 5Throw the eggs from one and wait for them to be ready.Remove carefully with a spatula since they are less firm compared to fried eggs.
