  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
  • 2 units Egg
  • 1 tsp Apple vinager

    Wash the chard.Boil water.Once boiled, cook the chard with half of the salt, about 5 to 10 MINS approximately.

    Drain and squeeze.grind in the Immersion Blender.Add the milk until you reach the desired consistency

    Add the olive oil.Add salt and pepper to taste.

    For "fried" eggs: in a high pan, throw abundant boiling water.Add a splash of vinegar.

    Throw the eggs from one and wait for them to be ready.Remove carefully with a spatula since they are less firm compared to fried eggs.
