  • 1/2 units Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Peppers
  • 250 grams Beef (ground)
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 4 units Black olives
  • 1 units Egg
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 units Potato
  • 1/4 cups Skim milk

    In a pan heat the oil over medium heat, add the onion into small cubes and cook 10-12 mins without gilding

    Add the paprika and cook 1 min. Incorporate the meat and stir to mix. Always cook over medium heat 8 to 10 mins or until lightly brown the meat. Season with oregano, salt and pepper

    Add 0.5 cup of hot water for every 1 onion and cook 5 minutes or until the meat is tender. Reserve.

    Wash, peel and chop potatoes 2. Cook for about 20 minutes.

    Make boiled eggs (cook them in boiling water for 8 minutes approx.). A ready time, allow to cool under running cold water, peel and split them into halves.

    Grinding the potatoes mixing with milk until desired consistency.

    Pine distribute the meat into individual pots.

    Then placed in each pan 2 ½ olives and hard-boiled eggs cut into halves.

    Cover the pans with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake until lightly browned.
