- 1/2 units Onion
- 1/2 tsp Peppers
- 250 grams Beef (ground)
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 4 units Black olives
- 1 units Egg
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 units Potato
- 1/4 cups Skim milk

- 1In a pan heat the oil over medium heat, add the onion into small cubes and cook 10-12 mins without gilding
- 2Add the paprika and cook 1 min. Incorporate the meat and stir to mix. Always cook over medium heat 8 to 10 mins or until lightly brown the meat. Season with oregano, salt and pepper
- 3Add 0.5 cup of hot water for every 1 onion and cook 5 minutes or until the meat is tender. Reserve.
- 4Wash, peel and chop potatoes 2. Cook for about 20 minutes.
- 5Make boiled eggs (cook them in boiling water for 8 minutes approx.). A ready time, allow to cool under running cold water, peel and split them into halves.
- 6Grinding the potatoes mixing with milk until desired consistency.
