- 1/2 tsp Peppers
- 150 grams Soy meat
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 4 units Black olives
- 1 units Egg
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 units Potato
- 20 grams Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 cups Skim milk
Instrucciones

- 1In a pan heat the oil over medium heat, add the chopped into small cubes and cook 10-12 mins without browning onion.
- 2Soak the soy meat according to instructions on the package.
- 3Add to the pan in which is paprika and onion cooking 1 min. Incorporate soy meat and stir to mix. Always cook over medium 5-8 mins or until lightly brown the meat fire. Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
- 4Add 0.5 cup of hot water for every 1 onion and cook 5 mins. Reserve.
