- 2 units Chicken (breast fillets)
- 1 units Egg
- 1 cups Pan gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3/4 cups Rice
- 1/4 cups Angel hair

- 1For the chicken: In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork and another bowl pour the breadcrumbs.
- 2Spending raw chicken breasts, first by the egg and immediately after the breadcrumbs.
- 3In a pan, take half of the oil, expected to heat up and check breasts. Remove when golden brown (approximately 5-6 minutes per side).
- 4For Arabic rice: for every cup of rice, 0.5 cups of noodles and 2 cups of water are added.
- 5Pour the other half of the sunflower oil in a pot and fry the angel hair about 2 to 3 min. Add rice and fry for 1 more minute.
- 6Add the water, salt and simmer with roaster for 20 minutes. Once you turn off the heat, let stand 5 minutes.
- 7Serve with rice.
