- 1/2 units Pepino
- 1/4 units Purple Onion
- 1/2 units Tomato
- 1/2 cups Coriander
- 1/2 units Avocado
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 units Lemon
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare your ingredients: cook the quinoa;wash, peel and chop in small cubes cucumbers, tomatoes and onion;peel and laminate the avocado;Wash and chop the finite cilantro.
- 2To prepare quineo: wash the quinoa well in a colander until it stops foam, put in a pot 1 cup of quinoa by 1 1/2 cup of boiling water, wait for it to boil and leave at low heat with toaster 15 mins.
- 3Once you will collap again and let cool.
- 4Once cold the Quínoa mix all the ingredients and dress at ease with salt, oil and lemon.Add the avocado cut into sheets on the preparation.
