- 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Dulce de leche

- 1Preheat oven to 200 ° C for 15 mins.
- 2Separate the whites from the yolks 3/4 eggs. In a bowl mix 1/4 eggs with yolks, half of the sugar and vanilla. Gradually add flour and knead until a smooth dough. pass the roller until it is very thin. If it is too difficult, you can separate the dough into pieces and roll pass one by one.
- 3Cut with a glass of mouth wide and bake for 5 to 8 mins. Let cool while preparing the meringue with clear and half of the sugar.
- 4To make the meringue, beat the egg whites by 30 to 40 sec and add sugar gradually. Continue beating for about 3 mins until it takes desired consistency.
- 5Chilenitos fill with 1 tbsp fresh milk each and cover with meringue.
