    Preheat oven to 200 ° C for 15 mins.

    Separate the whites from the yolks 3/4 eggs. In a bowl mix 1/4 eggs with yolks, half of the sugar and vanilla. Gradually add flour and knead until a smooth dough. pass the roller until it is very thin. If it is too difficult, you can separate the dough into pieces and roll pass one by one.
