  • 1/2 teeth Garlic
  • 1/4 tbsp Yellow pepper (pasta)
  • 60 grams Coriander
  • 1/4 cups Green peas
  • 1/8 units Red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/4 cups Frozen corn desg
  • 3/4 cups Rice
  • 2 tbsp Oil

    Prepare your ingredients: Chop garlic;Chop thin onion;chop paprika;Chop cilantro and in a mortar, crush next to the yellow chili forming a green paste.

    Season the chicken with salt and pepper.Grilling around 40 minutes

    In a pot with hot oil, sauté garlic and onion.Add the yellow and cilantro chili paste.

    Incorporate rice and stir, then peas, paprika and corn.

    Add 0.5 cups of water (every 2 cups of rice).Boil for 15 mos, until the rice is cooked.
