- 1/4 units Onion
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 1/4 tbsp Yellow pepper (pasta)
- 60 grams Coriander
- 1/4 cups Green peas
- 1/8 units Red pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 cups Frozen corn desg
- 3/4 cups Rice
- 2 tbsp Oil

- 1Prepare your ingredients: Chop garlic;Chop thin onion;chop paprika;Chop cilantro and in a mortar, crush next to the yellow chili forming a green paste.
- 2Season the chicken with salt and pepper.Grilling around 40 minutes
- 3In a pot with hot oil, sauté garlic and onion.Add the yellow and cilantro chili paste.
- 4Incorporate rice and stir, then peas, paprika and corn.
- 5Add 0.5 cups of water (every 2 cups of rice).Boil for 15 mos, until the rice is cooked.
