- 1 units Bay leaf
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 bit Raisins
- 1 bit Wine vinegar
- 1/2 cups White wine tetra
- 1/2 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1/4 units Lettuce
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 units Lemon

- 1In a large pan heating half of the wonderful oil over high heat
- 2Add the chicken and seal on both sides.Remove carefully
- 3In one pot he heat the other half of the oil of wonder over medium heat and put an onion lay
- 4Then put the chicken carefully.Add the bay leaves, pepper and raisins.Season
- 5Add the rest of the onion and carrot.Pour the vinegar, white wine, sugar and return to season with salt and pepper
- 6Cover well and cook over high heat until the mixture boils.Reduce heat and cook 30-35 minutes or until vegetables are cooked and tender chicken
- 7Let cool in cooking fluid.Let stand 3-4 hours to develop flavors.Serve warm or cold accompanied by lettuce salad seasoned to taste with salt, oil and lemon
