  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 cups Carrot
  • 1/4 cups Onion
  • 1/2 teeth Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger
  • 1/8 units Broccoli
  • 1/4 cups Red pepper
  • 2 units Egg
  • 1/4 cups Frozen corn desg
  • 1/4 cups Green peas
  • 1.5 cups Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil

    To prepare rice: in a pot, add the oil great and throw the rice.Sail until it is almost translucent.Then add 1.5 cup boiling water through each cup of rice, take salt to taste, stir gently, cover and put it over low heat with toaster for 20 minutes.At the end of the time, turn off the fire and wait about 5 more minutes.

    Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add carrots, onion, garlic and ginger all chopped into small cubes and sauté 3 minutes.

    Add broccoli and pepper cut into small cubes and sauté until the vegetables are soft, about 3 to 4 mins.

    Move the vegetables on one side of the pan, break the eggs on the opposite side and stir and cook through.

    Add rice, peas, corn, soy sauce and sesame oil and cook and mix 2 minutes.Serve hot.
