- 150 grams Pasta (noodles)
- 200 grams Ricotta
- 150 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 units Onion
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 1 tsp Granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
Instrucciones

- 1We put water boil in a pot. Cut the skin of all the tomatoes making a cross up (use a well sharp knife to cut only the skin.) Take the tomatoes to boil the pot 1 min. Then pass them to a bowl with very cold water. They will strike alone
- 2For the sauce: Add olive oil into a pan, add the chopped onion into cubes, crushed garlic and poultry. Just the garlic starts to brown and the onion to transparent, throw the peeled and chopped tomatoes. Add salt and sugar to attenuate the acidity of tomatoes
- 3Mix and let cook 20 mins approx, over low heat and with the covered pan. Once time has passed, remove the head from garlic and add the ricotta. Mix everything until you get a creamy sauce
- 4Prepare the dough according to the instructions of the container.
- 5Add the dough to the sauce, if the sauce is too compact adding the water where the pasta was made. Once ready, serve and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
