- 3/4 cups Rice
- 1/2 cups Black beans
- 1/2 units Onion
- 1/2 tbsp Apple vinager
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Peppers
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

- 1Leave the black beans to soak the night before.
- 2Cooking white beans in a pot with water on medium heat for 40-45 minutes or until soft. salpimentar
- 3To prepare rice: in a pot, add half of the sunflower oil and pour the rice. Saute until almost translucent. Then add 1.5 cup boiling water for each cup of rice, add salt to taste, stir gently, cover and place over low heat for 20 minutes with toaster. At the end time, turn off heat and wait about 5 minutes.
- 4Saute diced onion in the remaining oil. Add oregano, chili garlic color. Season to taste.
- 5Mix rice, white beans, onions and vinegar. Stir and let cook covered over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- 6Serve hot and garnish with cilantro.
