- 125 grams Soy meat
- 0.38 cups Oats
- 0.38 cups Flour (no powder)
- 1 units Egg
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 units Lettuce
- 1/8 units Purple Onion
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instrucciones
7 pasos
- 1Wash the lettuce, cut the feather onion.See comfortable with olive oil and salt.
- 2Soak the soybean according to the instructions of the container and drain well.
- 3Mix with oatmeal, flour, parsley, eggs, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper.
- 4Assemble the meatballs by squeezing each one.
- 5Heat the pan and add the rest of the oil and the meatballs.
- 6Drain on absorbent paper.
- 7Serve accompanied salads aligned to taste.
