  • 0.38 cups Flour (no powder)
  • 1 units Egg
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Dried oregano

  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 units Lettuce
  • 1/8 units Purple Onion
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

    Wash the lettuce, cut the feather onion.See comfortable with olive oil and salt.

    Soak the soybean according to the instructions of the container and drain well.

    Mix with oatmeal, flour, parsley, eggs, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper.
