- 2 units Egg
- 3/4 units Onion
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 1/2 cups Lentils
- 3/4 units Tomato
- 3 units Cheddar cheese
- 1/8 units Lettuce
- 3 units Hamburger 'bread
- 75 grams Mayonnaise
- 75 grams Ketchup
- 75 grams Mustard
Instrucciones

- 1Soak the lentils of the day before.
- 2The next day, drain them and put them in a large pot with 2 liters clean water per 1.5 cup of lentils, salt and laurel leaves. Cook them for 35 mins approx. or until cooked (soft).
- 3Drain and reserve.
- 4Wash and cut the lettuce, cut tomato into slices and arrange in separate sources
- 5Cut 1/3 of the onion into slices and arrange at a source. Put the cheese sheets in a well
- 6Cut 2/3 of onion and garne finely. In a pan, heating oil and saving onion with garlic. Remove from heat and cool.
- 7Mix the lentils with half of the whole eggs, and the other half only yolks; and the sofrito, stir up to incorporate
- 8Form hamburgers and take a pan with a little hot oil. Cook 6 mins per side, check that the center is cooked with a small cut, and remove from the pan to a plate with absorbent paper
- 9Heat the breads
- 10Prepare hamburgers at ease Add Ketchup, Mayonnaise and mustard
