    Prepare your ingredients: cook the eggs, wash and chop the spinach in fine strips.

    To cook the eggs, put them with the shell in a pot with cold water over medium heat until the water boils.Wait 3 minutes and get out of the fire.

    Cool, peel and laminate the eggs.Add them to a source with spinach.

    For the dressing: mix mustard, honey, balsamite aceto, salt, oil and lemon.
