- 2 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 100 grams Ham (leg)
- 1/2 units Onion
- 1 teeth Garlic
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cups Skim milk
- 1/2 cups Milk cream
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare your ingredients: Chop and parsley finely.Cut small piece ham.
- 2In a bowl, beat egg.Add parsley and Parmesan cheese, and reserve.
- 3In a pan with oil, dora the onion along with garlic and ham.Incorporate the cream and mix well
- 4Empty the egg mixture previously reserved for the pan.Mix constantly with a stick spoon, while beating, until thicker.Add the milk.
- 5Finally, mix the sauce with the pasta until the noodles are permeated with all the cream and serve
