  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 100 grams Ham (leg)

  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cups Skim milk
  • 1/2 cups Milk cream

    Prepare your ingredients: Chop and parsley finely.Cut small piece ham.

    In a bowl, beat egg.Add parsley and Parmesan cheese, and reserve.

    In a pan with oil, dora the onion along with garlic and ham.Incorporate the cream and mix well

    Empty the egg mixture previously reserved for the pan.Mix constantly with a stick spoon, while beating, until thicker.Add the milk.

    Finally, mix the sauce with the pasta until the noodles are permeated with all the cream and serve
