- 250 grams Fish (fillets hake)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 units Lemon
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 units Zucchini
- 1/2 units Carrot
- 1/4 units Red pepper
- 1/2 units Broccoli
- 1 bit Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Ginger powder

- 1Prepare your ingredients: grate lemon shell without reaching the white part, reserve;Cut zucchini and carrot in canes;Cut paprika in strips;Cut broccoli into pieces.
- 2In a furnace source, place the fish fillets, salpimentar and on them place small pieces of butter and sprinkle lemon zest.Bake for 20 minutes
- 3Heat oil in a pan, ideally wok type.Sauté vegetables for 10 minutes, until they soften (al dente).
- 4Once ready, add soy sauce and ginger.
- 5Serve the fish fillets accompanied by vegetables immediately.
