  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 units Lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 units Zucchini
  • 1/2 units Carrot
  • 1/4 units Red pepper
  • 1/2 units Broccoli
  • 1 bit Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger powder

    Prepare your ingredients: grate lemon shell without reaching the white part, reserve;Cut zucchini and carrot in canes;Cut paprika in strips;Cut broccoli into pieces.

    In a furnace source, place the fish fillets, salpimentar and on them place small pieces of butter and sprinkle lemon zest.Bake for 20 minutes

    Heat oil in a pan, ideally wok type.Sauté vegetables for 10 minutes, until they soften (al dente).

    Once ready, add soy sauce and ginger.
