  • 1/2 cups Coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt

    Prepare your ingredients: wash, peel and chop the fine onion;crush the garlic;Wash the spinach.

    In a non -stick pot, brown the onion and garlic with olive oil.Once ready, add the water and boil.

    When the soup shows the first boiling signs, throw the spinach and salt to taste.Cook for 5 MINS and add the nutmeg.

    Crush the mixture into a food processor or Immersion Blender until you get a cream.

    Return the cream to the non -stick pot and add the milk until you get the desired consistency.Salpimentar at ease.
