- 1/4 units Onion
- 1/4 teeth Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 cups Coconut cream
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt

- 1Prepare your ingredients: wash, peel and chop the fine onion;crush the garlic;Wash the spinach.
- 2In a non -stick pot, brown the onion and garlic with olive oil.Once ready, add the water and boil.
- 3When the soup shows the first boiling signs, throw the spinach and salt to taste.Cook for 5 MINS and add the nutmeg.
- 4Crush the mixture into a food processor or Immersion Blender until you get a cream.
- 5Return the cream to the non -stick pot and add the milk until you get the desired consistency.Salpimentar at ease.
- 6Serve immediately.
