- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 units Onion
- 2 units Carrot
- 1/4 units Green pepper
- 1/4 units Red pepper
- 1/2 units Tomato
- 1 cups Green peas
- 1 bit White wine tetra
Instrucciones
4 pasos
- 1Prepare the ingredients: Cut potatoes into cubes; cut onion pen; Peel and cut carrots into slices; cut peppers into strips; tomato peel and chop into small cubes; Wash chicken thighs.
- 2Unseasoned chicken pieces with salt and pepper. In a pan, heat some oil on medium heat, add chicken and sear 8 min per side.
- 3Add onions, carrots, peppers and tomatoes, and cook for 10 minutes, or until vegetables are soft.
- 4Incorporate peas, 0.5 cup of hot water for every 4 thighs and wine. Reduce heat and cook for a few minutes until the peas are cooked.
