  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 units Onion
  • 2 units Carrot
  • 1/4 units Green pepper
  • 1/4 units Red pepper
  • 1/2 units Tomato
  • 1 cups Green peas
  • 1 bit White wine tetra

    Prepare the ingredients: Cut potatoes into cubes; cut onion pen; Peel and cut carrots into slices; cut peppers into strips; tomato peel and chop into small cubes; Wash chicken thighs.

    Unseasoned chicken pieces with salt and pepper. In a pan, heat some oil on medium heat, add chicken and sear 8 min per side.

    Add onions, carrots, peppers and tomatoes, and cook for 10 minutes, or until vegetables are soft.

    Incorporate peas, 0.5 cup of hot water for every 4 thighs and wine. Reduce heat and cook for a few minutes until the peas are cooked.
