  • 250 grams Beef (ground)
  • 1 bit Pan gratedo
  • 3/4 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 pinch Peppers
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 units Egg
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 units Lettuce
  • 1 units Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 units Tomato

    Heat the oven to 180c

    In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and cook the chopped onion into small cubes stirring occasionally until golden brown.About 8 mins.Let cool

    Chop the carrot, chard and celery in small pieces.Beat the egg (s) in a small bowl with a fork, until this foamy, about 30 segs

    In a deep dish place all the ingredients and mix with the hands.Place the meat in an elongated mold.Press well and leave even.Place a thin layer of tomato sauce

    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the internal temperature is 74c.Let stand 5-10 minutes, unmold and serve with lettuce and tomato salad and adhere with salt, oil and lemon
