- 5 grams Chard
- 250 grams Beef (ground)
- 1 bit Pan gratedo
- 3/4 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 pinch Peppers
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 units Egg
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 units Lettuce
- 1 units Lemon
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 units Tomato
Instrucciones

- 1Heat the oven to 180c
- 2In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and cook the chopped onion into small cubes stirring occasionally until golden brown.About 8 mins.Let cool
- 3Chop the carrot, chard and celery in small pieces.Beat the egg (s) in a small bowl with a fork, until this foamy, about 30 segs
- 4In a deep dish place all the ingredients and mix with the hands.Place the meat in an elongated mold.Press well and leave even.Place a thin layer of tomato sauce
- 5Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the internal temperature is 74c.Let stand 5-10 minutes, unmold and serve with lettuce and tomato salad and adhere with salt, oil and lemon
