- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 cups Quinoa
- 1/2 cups Mushrooms
- 1/4 units Red pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper

- 1To prepare quínoa: wash the quinoa well in a colander until it stops foam out, put in a pot 1 cup of quinoa by 1 1/2 cup of boiling water, wait for it to boil and leave over low heat 15 mins.
- 2Heat in a thick pan the oil of wonder, once hot to put the steaks and season with pepper.
- 3Once you have golden, add salt to taste and turn.Once golden on the other side add a little more salt and remove.
- 4Meanwhile, picat in small cubes the paprika and in the mushrooms the mushrooms.Once the Quínoa is ready, mixing and dressing at ease.
- 5Serve accompanied by the Quínoa.
