- 1 units Plátano
- 1/4 units Lemon
- 1/2 grams Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 grams Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 0.38 cups Flour (no powder)
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1 bit Granulated sugar
- 1 bit Whole nuts

- 1Prepare your ingredients: Wash and cut the pears in segments and sliced bananas;Take out ralo to lemon;Chop the nuts.
- 2In a bowl, mix the fruits, lemon zest, whit of cinnamon and honey.Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the fruits mixture;Cook carefully.(Do not grind the fruit) until the pears soften.Remove from heat, add vanilla and let cool
- 3In a bowl mezlcar flour, sugar, butter, nutmeg and nuts.Mix with your fingers until you get thick crumbs.
- 4Put the mix of fruits in a font and over the crumble.Cook in the oven at average temperature 15-20 mins or even brown.
- 5To serve.
